Returns Policy
Simply put, I guarantee my work. Things can happen in shipping, sometimes a link may come loose or something come unstuck during normal use. It doesn't happen often, but it can.
I'll fix it for you if you send it back to me. If I can't fix it, I'll replace it or refund your item cost, whichever you choose.
If it is easy to see that you have deliberately damged or defaced the item, then, no, I'm not replacing or refunding.
if you need or want to cancel your order order before I have begun working on it, I will refund everything except the 4% that the credit card company charges me no matter what.
Orders that are canceled after I have done work for them will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
